The course is structured to transition you from a beginner towards becoming a professional LCA practitioner. The curriculum integrates both theory and practical exercises to enhance your proficiency in sustainability analyses, ensuring you are equipped to use it effectively and confidently after completing the course.
The course will demonstrate the execution of LCA, starting with simple Excel exercises to establish the foreground system model and Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) . The dedicated LCA software SimaPro will be used for calculations, impact assessments, and to interpret the numerical results. However, the theory taught in the course is applicable to other software as well.
