I hereby declare that I shall abide to the following standards:

2. Within the designated server space mentioned in paragraph 1, I shall only place data with my own 3-letter CompanyCode, which is ............ #1

3. Within the designated server space mentioned in paragraph 1, I shall only place, rearrange, remove and edit data files through the latest version of the SPOLD Data Exchange Software (SDES), as supplied on the SPOLD web-site (www.spold.org). #2

4. I shall maintain internal quality assurance to the effect that data sets placed on the designated server space mentioned in paragraph 1 have a unique combination of IndexNumber and Version. #3

5. I shall not modify the SDES unless this has been agreed with the Network administrator.

6. I shall ensure that the Internet server mentioned in paragraph 1 is not systematically down and that accidental downtime does not exceed 5%, as measured hourly over a week using the Big Brother freeware, which shall be set to mail automatically any errors to ..............

7. I acknowledge full legal responsibility for the information communicated through the Network.

8. I shall not hold the Network administrator responsible for any failure in the SDES or in the operation of the Network.

[1] The 3-letter code should be cleared with the Network administrator before signing the agreement.

[2] This ensures that the information provided to the Network Data Directory is at any time correctly reflecting the data on the local Internet server.

[3] This is automatically ensured when using only a single copy of the SDES. When using more than one copy of the SDES for placing data on the Internet Server, it may be most practical to apply more than one CompanyCode as listed in paragraph 2.
